Shipping Policy

All orders placed through Costco Next Inspire Fitness are processed within 1-3 business days after the order date. Processing time may be slowed when we are closed for holidays. Inspire Fitness ships to addresses within the U.S, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Except for Hawaii and Alaska. We currently do not ship outside of the contiguous United States. In the case that you receive a damaged or lost shipment, please contact Inspire Fitness at costco@centr.com to submit a claim. 

 

Small Parcel  

All smaller items ship with FedEx regular ground shipping. Tracking is provided after the order ships. Expedited shipping is not available. 

 

LTL Freight 

All large equipment ships with one of our freight partners, tracking is provided after the order ships. Shipping for freight orders can take 10-14 business days in transit. Expedited shipping is not available. Please note that a valid phone number is required for delivery. LTL Carriers will contact the member by phone to schedule a delivery appointment for curbside delivery. If an invalid phone number is given, the shipment is subject to late delivery, or in some cases, the product will be returned to Inspire Fitness at the buyer’s expense. Members must provide an accurate ship-to address, once these are shipped the address cannot be changed or altered.  

 

White Glove Delivery 

All white glove delivery orders will be delivered by a local installer. Please note that a valid phone number is required for delivery. Installers will contact the member by phone to schedule a delivery appointment. If an invalid phone number is given, the shipment is subject late delivery, or in some cases, the product will be returned to Inspire Fitness at the buyer’s expense.  

Designated assembly area must be clean and free of clutter. This area must be selected prior to delivery. We recommend that the customer provides specific details on the installation location such as: stairs, tight hallways, garage, point of entry, etc. The installer will place, assemble, and test the equipment in the room of choice.  

If there is a delay in locating a local installer or with the order fulfillment. Inspire Fitness will contact the customer to provide an update by either phone or email.
